The hotel has a magnificent location on the riverfront, close to the bus station, many restaurants, and the quay where boat trips to the nature park depart. the breakfast was sensational, and the room was modern and well-equipped with amenities such as a personal safe, air conditioning, and a work desk.

The hotel was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough to help us or make us feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean.

The location is fine for the Sanlucar but the sea is a murky brown due to the mud from the river mouth - This was a surprise to us and somewhat spoilt our holiday. When we went to Chipiona in the taxi for about 15 Euros the sea was fine, but the wind blew the sand so strong we finally gave up and spent our sunbathing time around the hotel pool which was clean and refreshing.

The hotel doesn't know whether it is a 3 or 4 star grade and in truth it sits somewhere in between. It lacked a mini bar in the room and the hotel does not provide towels for the pool area. In spite of what the room information stated, there were no English language television channels available. The hotel charges 3 euro per day to use the room safe which should be included in the price - surely guest security is paramount. If the hotel is to regard itself as truly 4 star then these issues should be addressed.

The rooms with a balcony are great, and they also provide a tea service, with generally excellent service including parking available outside.

On checkin our room smelt of tobacco and the receptionist changed it at once.

We had a great stay at a hotel just a block away from the beach in Sanlucar. Our room had a lovely balcony with a sea view and was very comfortable. The hotel had a light and airy atmosphere and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The swimming pool in the walled garden was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, as it was close to excellent restaurants by the beach and also to tapas bars in the back streets. The food was outstanding and there were plenty of options to choose from. I also loved that the hotel was close to the quay, where I could easily catch a boat trip to the nature park. The service was top-notch, with room service available and helpful staff who provided tour and ticket assistance. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony with garden furniture. I was highly impressed with the quality of service and amenities offered at this hotel.

I would definitely recommend this venue to my family and friends.

I loved the breakfast, specially pastries, fruit and cheese. Location: the hotel was short walk to the parade of great restaurants on the paseo, and the Doñana park. All the staff members were outstandingly accommodating❤

The staff were particularly busy, didn't expect that coming.

It's a good hotel, if a bit too expensive for the facilities. It's not sure if it is 3 Stars or 4 Stars (some signs say 3, others 4??) - but is more like a good 3 Star in my opinion. The staff were all very good. Attentive, helpful and welcoming. The pool is very good and there were enough sunloungers etc. when we were around. It's close to town (a healthy 10-15 minute walk) but even better for the beach. Couldn't comment on breakfast or dinner as we didn't partake but there are cheap and decent bars in front for a low-cost breakfast.

A little too expensive for the quality - it is a 3 Star and not a 4 Star. Everything else was very good.
